Even though I am busier than ever, I always make the time to answer my customer's questions and fulfill their needs. I feel that this rapport is essential.

As my business continues to grow the wait time for orders has increased. Some items I keep in stock or make on a regular basis. When I have an order for an item that is not in stock, I usually make several. There is no way to predict what I have on hand and what I will need to make. Depending on circumstances, I may ship an order the same day I receive it, or it may take up to eight weeks.

All domestic orders are shipped via insured priority mail unless other means of shipping are required. Please include an additional $8 for shipping. This cost includes $100.00 of insurance. For each additional $100 worth of merchandise add and additional $1.00 to the total shipping cost. Overnight shipping is $17.00.

International orders
International orders are shipped by EMS unless other means of shipping are required. The minimum shipping cost is $30 per order depending on the destination. You will be notified with the exact cost before the order is shipped.
